NAVIGATE PARENTING IN THE NETHERLANDS
This is not a general Dutch course. You don´t need more exercises about how your weekend was.
You need Dutch for the situations you deal with as a mother.
You need to arrange playdates and know how they work.
You need to be able to discuss your child´s development with teachers.
WHAT YOU´LL DO IN CLASS
We start with the language you need for a situation. Then you build a story using those words. You describe what happened, what you want to say and what you want to ask. Then we practise the conversation together.
After the course, you join our mum´s WhatsApp group where you can continue to get support whenever you need it.

Small groups
There are just 4 mothers in each group so every mother gets personal feedback on their situations. Something happened at school yesterday? Bring it to class.
The investment
€320 for 10 hours in 8 weekly classes. Four mothers maximum. Miss one class? You can make it up.

Can´t make it to a class? You can watch the recording and reschedule one missed session. After the course, stay in our WhatsApp group for international mothers, so you can still reach out to me and other mums for help.

I'm originally from the Netherlands, but I've lived in Spain for years. When I moved here, I didn't speak Spanish. And when my daughter was born I experienced what it means to raise a child in a country where language is a barrier.
With my background as a lecturer in intercultural communication, I know that communication is about much more than just language. That is why I created the Mama in Nederland Course to give international mothers the kind of support I know can make a difference.
